Hope you give them a try and tell us what you think best Last edited: #13 i think i may be a bit spoiled by hard anozided reels ala the tiburons i looked over the 40ldn hard and, in general, impressed by Penns strides in reel developement i'm sure it's a reel that will perform but, just not a reel that will take that beating...........well something the original Penn reels were noted for but, the trade off in new technology may be worth the price of admission Yeah, Tibs have a great anodize job (class 3?), especially compared to the Shimano's that scratch if you look at them
